At Torrla Printing, we keep you updated throughout the design, production, and shipping process.

Processing and production times

Production typically takes up to 3 business days after your design has been approved and confirmed to be suitable for printing.

If Torrla Printing is creating or revising your artwork, the design process may take approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the project and the number of revisions requested. Production begins once the final design is approved.

Shipping

Print-only orders are shipped after production is complete. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when applicable.

Delivery times may vary based on the destination, shipping method, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside Torrla Printing’s control. Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for the delivery timeline.

Installation orders

If installation is included with your order, the order will not be shipped as a standard print-only order. Torrla Printing will contact you to schedule an installation date and time that works for both you and Torrla Printing.

Order updates

We follow up on every order and provide updates throughout the design approval, production, shipping, or installation process.
